  1. The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law").
  2. Cancellation of an order by a customer (user; customer), prior to the date of delivery of the products to his custody, will be done after receiving the customer's written notice of his desire to cancel the order, provided that it is not a special order. Upon cancellation of the product, the customer will be charged 5% (five percent) of the value of the product or NIS 100 (100 NIS). The lower of the two, and an additional payment if made by debit card and / or checks in respect of clearing house fees for canceling a credit transaction / checks and / or notification to the bank and / or return of a check, etc., according to the clearing fee and handling fees collected by the actual credit company / acquirer / bank.
  3. Cancellation of the order, after delivery of the products at the Company's offices, will be possible within 14 (fourteen) days only from their receipt by the Principal and after receipt of the Customer's written notice of his desire to cancel the order, provided that it is not a lost good, a special order, customized or that the User has been given access to the contents included in the Products, and subject to the products being in order, in their original packaging, no assembly or connection to electricity has been performed at the customer's home, And they are only where they were supplied.
  4. Upon receipt of the notice, the customer will allow our representative to examine the integrity of the products, and if it is found that the products were used and / or the products were damaged in any way and / or are not in their original packaging - the customer will not be allowed to cancel the transaction and return the products to the company.
  5. Upon cancellation of the products, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee as stated above. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has the sole discretion in making a decision regarding the status of the returned products.
  6. In any case of returning the products to the Company, the customer will also be charged for the costs of transporting the products, subject to the law.
  7. No credit will be given, including monetary ones, for items for which no monetary consideration has been paid, such as promotions or gifts. A refund will be possible within two business days from the date of purchase.
  8. Cancellation of the order/transaction will be made against the presentation of original order documents only and by the means of contact used to execute it, subject to the Company's instructions.
  9. Any credit will be made using the payment method by which the order was made only, in accordance with the timetables of the credit card company / acquirer / bank.

  11. It will not be possible to use the monetary credit for the treatments offered by the company.
  12. If, due to shortages in stock, items that will not be found in the warehouse are ordered, the customer will be credited immediately, and an update email will be sent to him regarding the execution of the credit, unless the customer chooses to wait for a new delivery date or wishes to purchase a replacement product for the same amount, in case of price differences, a debit/credit will be made accordingly.
  13. The Company may cancel the order and/or the engagement with the Principal, even in the event that notice to this effect has been sent to the Principal. A cancelled engagement will not entitle the customer to any relief whatsoever and the customer will have no claim and/or demand and/or claim against the company, even in the event that there is a bona fide error in one of the data detailed on the site regarding the products, including the price of the products or their description, on the basis of which the order was made.
  14. Subject to the above and below, the customer may replace the product ordered on the site with another product(s) or request a credit for it to the site within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
  15. The return of the product will be possible as long as the product was returned intact, without being used, intact in its original packaging and bearing the original label, provided that an original purchase invoice or replacement note was attached to the product. In addition, it is not possible to return a product whose parts are not returned (if it is a case/set).
  16. It is clarified that a return or exchange can be made only on products purchased on the site.
  17. The supplier's product exchange/return policy does not derogate from the provisions of the law. The aforesaid does not derogate from the right of the customers to cancel a transaction, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
